Walters New York City has undergone a slight name change for our flagship New York showroom as part of a re branding and marketing campaign. Walters is venturing into the world of social media to better assist our clients with their unique furniture needs. We hope our loyal customers will provide us with constant feedback about our products and services. Our Twitter account (@WaltersNYC) will serve as a customer service hub for our current clients as well as any prospective clients. If you would like a quote on any product that we represent, please feel free to tweet at us and we will respond to you as fast as possible. We encourage our current customers to tweet at us any order inquiry that you may have for the best service.
In the next few days we will be launching a Facebook page as we continue the journey into social media. Again, this facebook page will give us a way to better help you. Our loyal customers and designers are encouraged to post design ideas, products you like/dislike, materials you like/dislike, any lines you think we should be carrying, and anything else that you think will help the design community.
Walters NYC currently represents over 12 different lines of furniture with a wide variety of products including furniture, fabrics, umbrellas, and lighting. Our design team chooses to represent each vendor for the high quality of materials and the aesthetic design of every piece that is offered. The wide array of vendors we represent translates into a wide array of materials offered including: wicker, teak, rattan, resin, and metals. The Walters NYC showroom is known for its collection of outdoor merchandise; which allows designers to easily compare pieces for the perfect outdoor setup. Come by our New York showroom with your clients for any of your outdoor furnishing needs.
This blog will be used to help inform our readers about the various lines we represent and the benefits that each piece will provide to the end client. It is our hope that designers will use our blog as a resource and community for design ideas and inspirations.
