W A L T E R S at Stately Homes by the Sea Designer Show House

Walters Wicker participated in this years Stately Home by the Sea Designer Show House to benefit the Visiting Nurses of Central Jersey. Walters had some beautiful pieces on display in the ‘The Downstairs Solarium.' Designer Mary Sferra chose some beautiful fabrics to use on our Javier collection pieces and they received rave reviews and helped to support a wonderful charity

The Show House took place in Holly Hill, a historic country estate nestled in one of the most beautiful water view locations in New Jersey, is the setting for the third edition of Stately Homes by-the-Sea. Among the region's most anticipated designer Show House events, Stately Homes by-the-Sea will benefit the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey.

The Javier collection is recognized for its open weave that lets you almost see through the piece. This effect will give the room a bigger feel and give off the appearance of openness. 

More than 35 of the region's top interior designers, decorators and landscape artists transformed this pre-war treasure, creating a home that reflects the history and bucolic setting of the estate while incorporating the contemporary elements of elegant 21st century living.


Stately Homes by-the-Sea debuted in 2007 with the transformation of the former Metcalf estate into Scothigh Farms and continued in 2009 at the Harrie T. Lindeberg designed Sheep’s Run. The Show House quickly gained popularity, attracting over 13,000 attendees to each home and becoming a coveted showcase for those in the design world.

The proceeds from Stately Homes by-the-Sea Show House Events are used to benefit VNACJ home care, hospice and community-based programs and services.
